Would not recommend. My family has used them for 20 years and the last bill we received from them for an AC and furnace cleaning and check was 3 times what it was in 2022. There was nothing wrong and no repairs were needed on either item. Hourly rate only had a small, reasonable increase; but what took 1 hour two years ago apparently took 3 hours in 2024?!? I would have expected 1-2 hours, but not sure how it took 3 hours. We were so disappointed, as they had served us well for a long time and the technician was courteous and friendly.

I would absolutely recommend 1901 Inc. for any of your construction needs. We had a few issues with the plumbing in our 1918 house, and it was swiftly resolved. Dan Powell, the service manager, determined the fix and sent Steven, the 1901 service plumber to work his magic. Steven was professional, efficient, and did a top-notch job.

This company totally rocks. They helped me get my AC fixed on Memorial Day when I could not get others to even answer the phone. Very family oriented company with a very kind and understanding staff. They even offered to help me over the phone if needed. Very very satisfied. Highly recommended. A+++

Our A/C needed to be replaced during the hottest week of last Summer and our Hot Water Heater in the coldest of days this Winter. Preston and Dwight always do amazing work and they are great people.
