This review is for Otis Plumbing, who I understand took over the accounts of Lorentz Plumbing. Chris (Otis) and his crew were professional, polite, and responsive. The work was quality work and was done efficiently. The pricing was very reasonable and excellent communication throughout. Very pleased with this company and their work. I've found my new plumber!

I hired this company several years ago. I was very happy with their rates and expertise. However, the Owner retired and is referring one of their master plumbers, [email protected] who made an appointment at 8 am today. As of 10:00 am I have not been contacted as to why he is late. I will be cancelling my request.

Great experience from start to finish. I needed a kitchen sink hooked up, a little more complicated than normal. They came out to look at what needed to be done for no charge. They came back later and did a great job fixing everything quickly at a fare price. Awesome communication, and gave me a lot of advice along the way.

We thought we had a leaking water heater that was not that old. I called Lorentz, left a message and he called back. I described the problem, he helped me check a few things and told me what to watch for so we could confirm whether or not the heater was leaking. It turns out, the water was coming from a plugged humidifier drain hose, causing the humidifier to leak where the drain hose connected to the humidifier drain. Lorentz's instructions were clear, helpful and he was pleasant to speak with.
