We used Monona Plumbing and Fire Protection to have a brand new gas Water Heater installed in our home. Everyone I spoke to on the phone before having it installed was very kind and helpful on the phone. Our old one was over 25 years old. Logan Knuteson came to install it, and he did a fantastic job of installation. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and I will definitely use them again.

We had a leaky toilet and Monona Plumbing fixed it on the same day we called and that was great. We ended up getting a new toilet installed for $575 which seems reasonable. The plumbers asked what toilet seat I wanted and I told them to just re-use the one we had because it was a really nice slow-close one. At the end of the job I see they had installed a new seat that was also slow-close but a little more light-weight than the previous one. They told me that it was kind of a package deal. OK, fair enough. Today I got my bill and I was charged a separate $40 for the "upgrade to slow close seat". The new seat wasn't an upgrade from the old one, and I thought the plumbers were telling me it just came with the toilet. Maybe I misunderstood, but it feels a bit like they gave me an add-on I didn't ask for and then charged me extra for it.

Service man Rob was quick and clean. Thought we had a blocked sewer line but Rob found it was much simpler. MPFP helped me out 3 yrs ago. I recommend them to fix it right the first time. Thanks again, Rob!

I recently used Monona Plumbing for the first time - the garbage disposal was leaking and when I called my usual plumber I was told they couldn't come out for 4 days and required a credit card to make the appointment! Monona Plumbing was so much easier to work with - had a plumber out within hours, who was capable and very pleasant. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Professional work from initial bid to completion of job I was very satisfied. no issues the tankless water heater install and initial testing was well done. Second time we've used Monona Plumbing both times have been a positive experience
