Our 19 year old furnace decided to call it quits right before the winter vortex, we were able to get the guys at burkhardt to come check out the old one the day after we called, then get a brand new one installed the next day! Installation was quick from Connor and Chiko! The two were polite, knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions! Furnace has been in now for a week and is working great. Would definitely recommend their services. Thank you Burkhardt!

Dan and Tae installed our new combi boiler. It took 3 days, they were very thorough and knowledgeable. They were very polite and had great communication. I would definitely recommend them for any service.

I just had my first visit from Burkhardt and I’m so glad the previous owners had used them! Alex was my tech and he was AMAZING! Super efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. He also dealt very well with the two dogs who were unexpectedly visiting. Alex was able to complete the service call in under an hour (he was also right on time) and even took the time to show me a few tricks on my thermostat. As a new homeowner I can’t tell you how much I appreciated his time and patience. Overall I am super impressed with Burkhardt and with Alex and highly recommend!

My experience with Burkhardt Heating and Cooling technician Jake, was a very productive, as well as I formative appointment! Jake was polite, personable and very knowledgeable. He listened attentively to all of my questions and concerns. He took a fair amount of time to do a thorough inspection on my furnace, and clearly and patiently explained what the problems I was having , as well as WHY I was having those heating issues. He ended the visit giving me a very fair assessment of costs and options for repairs or replacement. I would definitely recommend Jake and his highly professional company, Burkhardt Heating and Cooling, to anyone who is looking for excellent and honest work done at a very reasonable price! I'm so sorry this review is very late! I think it's been 2 months now since we've had the new furnace and I am extremely happy. We recently purchased a new home and we knew we'd need a new furnace soon. We turned it on and it was making horrible noises and was filthy and I just had a bad feeling about it. I didn't want it to go out in the middle of winter! I looked around Google for a reputable company that has been in business for a long time and came across Burkhardt. I gave them a call to have them come take a look at the old furnace- it was going to be $175 I think? Horston called us back and told us based on the photos of the home inspection and my description of what was going on and its age, it would be best to just get a new furnace and save us the $175 on them coming out there just to tell us that. We wanted something that was a little bit better than the standard model so he suggested the Armstrong Professional that has a better heat exchanger material which was my primary concern. It wasn't much more expensive in the long run and he got us financing right away on the phone and an appointment next day to install it! Connor and Chiko were the guys to come install and they were extremely friendly and professional and kind. All in all it took about 5 hours to install. The thing is much smaller than our old clunky furnace and we can't even tell when it comes on. It's great! Our gas bill has been really nice too as this thing is like 99% efficient or something lol but anyway I just wanted to thank the whole team! You guys rock! The 2 years interest-free with monthly payments has been really nice! I hope everyone at your office has a very Merry Christmas! Stay warm this winter! :)

Very kind and knowledgeable electrician! Will definitely be using them from here on out! I’ve had a lot of issues with contractors trying to over charge me simply because I’m a women; the master electrician Burkhardt sent out did not. In fact, he provided me with a free service (disconnected a dangerously wired cord to my circuit breakers) and told me everything else was good shape! Great customer service, timely, knowledgeable and honest contractors are hard to come by and this company exceeded all of my expectations!

I came home from work on Thursday with no heat. I called the friendliest operator She said she’ll have someone call me back within 20 to 30 minutes when the person called he came and explained everything to me step-by-step. It was my sister‘s birthday the next day and he told me that he will come back early in the morning to get it going because he didn’t have the part with him. After a cold night, he was a man of his word he came back. I had heat within 10 to 15 minutes. Very affordable And a great repair man his name is Sher He made me feel like a friend not a customer. To tell you the truth, I’ve never heard of this company. I called two other places before contacting them.,and no one answered the phone, but Burkhardt did .I had a great experience. I’m a customer for life.
