You can never go wrong with Butters getting. They go above and beyond with there service.i own a industrial shop and have had to call them a few times to repair stuff that I can't handle. Always show up when I call them and they get the job done whatever is needed. Everyone that works for the company is very professional and well rounded. Thanks for the great service.

Great place to work I was in the Service Department for 25 years. Ed Tonn Sr was like a second father to me.

I have used BF in the past with satisfactory results. Like another reviewer, the billing department is something else. I have been receiving a bill since March of 2023 on a building in Shorewood that I have never owned nor have had anything to do with. I have contacted general billing, Christy, and Ed no less than 7 times but still received a bill in Dec. Not sure if the owner reads these but hopefully he/she can assist since the employees do not.

Sorry I didn't update my review sooner, the problem with BF was not with the service they provided but rather their billing practices. When the bill arrived I discovered someone at BF changed the work order that I has already signed from 3 to 4 hours, the plumber failed to reset the water heater so they had to return and the initial plumber had broken the piping from the relief valve to the drain so another trip was necessary to repair that damage, BF billed me for all the additional trips and for additional plumbers that were needed to make the job complete, I submitted payment to BF for what I was willing to pay along with the breakdown as to why, they cashed my check that was payment in full but continue to bill me for the unpaid amount. BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU USE BUTTERS-FETTING, and check your billing closely. I needed Emergency Plumbing help, they were very fast, professional, friendly and I feel provided excellent service, They said they would call back in less than 30 minutes and they actually called in 5, they stated a plumber could be at my home in approximately 30 minutes and he arrived in 20. My problem was complex to say the least and Dave my plumber remained professional and efficient at all times.

The finest MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) contractor in all of Wisconsin. From the very top of the organization to the lowest man on the totem pole, you'll never find another contractor who takes more pride in providing quality craftsmanship in everything they do (regardless of the size or scope of the project). Their amazing customer service begins with their team of incredibly experienced project managers (many whom started as trade apprentices that became Journeyman within the organization) dedicated to providing the timely execution of your request for a proposal. That same customer service extends well beyond your project's completion, and only ends when your completely satisfied with the quality they have provided all of their customers for nearly 100 years. Their reputation speaks for itself. Only ask any of their past customers, most of whom whould never even consider entrusting their capital projects with anyone, or simply reread this post. I've been subcontracting them for years and wouldn't think of hiring another.
