I've used Carl's plumbing twice, now. They are assigned through my home warranty. They are punctual, courteous, and efficient. I have no complaints.

Carl’s Plumbing was sent to us through our Home Warranty. The plumber was a young guy. He decided to try to carry a garbage bag full of water. He spilled all that water all over our kitchen floor and down the basement stairs. The water went through the floor to stain and damage the ceiling tiles of the floor below. Carl’s will not return our phone calls. We have called multiple times and left multiple messages. A manager is never available and never returns the messages that are left. We will be forced to hire an attorney to handle our concerns with Carls Plumbing. We have significant moisture in our kitchen floor which will most likely lead to mold. We DO NOT recommend Carls Plumbing to anyone. We also have to report them to the BBB.

Roman electric wanted to charge us 1500 fr a repair. Carl’s plumbing was much more reasonable, quick, and solved our issue. Highly recommend!

Carl's was assigned through our landlord's warranty service for abroken parts in bathtub. He was friendly and very professional. He first confirmed the broken parts, went out to buy replacement parts, came back, and fixed it quickly.

They have come out twice now after being assigned by our home warranty for two separate issues. Both times they were helpful and rectified the situation. They came out quick and within the time frame stated. We’ve been so impressed we will use them for things not covered under our home warranty as well if the need arises in the future!
