Fantastic selection and an outstanding and knowledgeable staff. From locks to plaster and from plumbing to electrical, these guys know their stuff. If they’re busy, just take a number and they’ll help you just like an old school deli. They come up with solid solutions for nearly every repair. It’s like having a whole store full of pros from the show “This Old House”. If you ever had a handyman who knew how to fix everything, he probably learned it from the staff at Crown. This is the last of the full service hardware stores. While not the cheapest, they’re the best and I’m making sure my son and everyone I can from the next generation of skilled tradesmen and DIY’ers alike know that you definitely get what you pay for and, while not expensive, these guys are the best.

Many places don't copy "do not copy" keys or charge way more for them. I got mine copied here for $3.50 each and would definitely go back. Thank you!

Tried to go get a key made sat in there for 25 minutes waiting for them while they sit and diagnose another clients issue which no problem. There was 12 ppl in line and only two people got service while I was there. Do t shop here.

Very friendly and helpful. Crown hardware and plumbing isn’t a big place but they carry specialty products that most other hardware stores don’t. They had what I was looking for. A very nice experience.

I have never been so blown away by amazing customer service and knowledge. A job that I have been spending weeks and $100’s at chain stores could’ve been solved in 1 day with the help of the staff here. I will forever be coming here for any plumbing or strange handyman needs. 10 out of 5 stars so highly recommend.

OMG do not go there take me 20 minutes to get a guy to wait on me the guy did not know what he was talking about and this is supposed to be the place to go for plumbing and hardware do not go there the guy treated me like it was my fault I didn't know what plumbing was

The guy at the front desk is rude. I’m already having a hard time and this man was like the straw that broke the camels back and I couldn’t even hide my tears. I just needed a cap to cap off a gas line behind my stove. I don’t know what’s it’s called and he got angry with me to the point where the customer next to me saw my frustration and tried to help. He is mean and should not be working the desk if he thinks he’s so much better than us. I have been here quite a few times and everyone else has been helpful and I didn’t even get everything I wanted because of his poor attitude. I am insulted and disgusted.

We need specific parts for our rental unit bathtub faucets. We took the original stem, flange and handle to menards...they couldn't help. Went to home depot and they did manage to get us the exact stem, but the rest didn't work with the stem...took parts back, but they directed us to First Supply. But they didn't have what I need either, so they directed me to Crown Hardware. Although it was a 35 minute drive, it was worth going! The guy that helped me (I think someone called him Tom) knew exactly what I needed...he didn't even take my original parts with him to go hunt down the stem, flange and handle. Came back with all the correct parts, and double checked pricing! Took the parts to our rental property, put them on, made some adjustments...finished! Crown Hardware has hard to find Hardware and so much more! Hope I don't have to go through such a complicated experience again, but I am so grateful I finally got what I needed! If there is something that a can't find, now I know where to go...Crown Hardware...thanks a bunch!
