I called re two clogged toilets around 5:30 pm. The process was seamless with very clear instructions and the level of services provided. I appreciated the service agreement that was promptly sent to me prior to the technician coming. Technician was scheduled for 9:30 pm but arrived early at 7:55 pm. Julian was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Thoroughly assessed our situations and gave tips to ensure it would be less likely to happen again. He was in and out in less than an hour. Diamond Plumbing gave me top tier service. I would def recommend them to anyone.

I reached out to Diamond Plumbing on a Saturday morning because of busted drain pipe in my basement. As a landlord I'm fairly handy, but this pipe was old and rusted through, so it was time for a professional to take over. I called Diamond Plumbing Services and they were assessing my issue within the hour. I really love their flat rate pricing on the various options and I felt comfortable asking questions along the way. The total fix took less than two hours and I'd definitely call them again! *Update, since this original post 5 years ago I have called upon Diamond Plumbing at least 4 times even to my personal residence and each time they have provided exceptional service. This was an absolutely great experience. The plumber, Mr. Julian, went above and beyond to repair my kitchen faucet leak. He needed a part and returned the next business day to ensure the problem was solved. He even tighten and straightened out the faucet which was not a part of the original service call. They were very professional and did a great job diagnosing what needs to be done, provided multiple options and a quote on the spot at the assessment. They proceeded to move forward same day and payment was electronic and very easy. I highly recommend. Honest and trustworthy.

I am very pleased with their services and how prompt they were to make the required repairs for our office. The plumber was at the facility within an hour to make the proper assessments and repair the pending issue. Will definitely hire again.
