Charged me $1400 to put in a water heater that has been constantly going out. Tried calling to get someone out her to fix it when it went out and they wouldn’t come. On top of that my water heater was installed a bit crooked. Save your time and money and go else where

They started working without consulting me and then at the end of the job told me their assessment which effectively let me know that their $1000 fix was ongoing to result in me having the same issue. They corrected the leak by recreating the problem that caused the leak to begin with…I called back (after my pipes burst again) to see if we could gain some understanding and or work out a discounted price since they were here three weeks ago. They were busy and short with me over the phone. Their work was fine but their service is not very good. I hope they are able to improve on this. However I am not feeling comfortable returning. I am searching for other companies.

I have called Mr. Laster for my last three plumbing issues and have been thrilled with the results. I would recommend everyone use them but not so much that they get to busy for me. Shawn came out for my last issue - a new water heater - and was thorough, professional and friendly. Thank you.

I had a terrible experience! I called this company to install a gas line for my stove. No only did they not fully connect the gas stove claiming to be missing a part! The plumber cut off my hot water heater and did not relight it , I just bought the home so i was under the imoression something else was wrong only to find out the plumbers cut the gas off for the hot water heater and also unattached the vents/ducts. The untrained plumber left my hot water heater in pilot and I had to wait hours and hours for someone to come fix it. Well my uncle got to it and fixed it before they could and when they finally showed Alvin Laster the owner shoved $50 dollars in my face as a refund when I paid $390 , they did not fully connect the stove left my hot water heater unlit and my vents unconnected and my hit water heater on pilot! Don;t go here go some where else !

Gave me a competitive quote for hot water heater after asking relevant questions about gas or electric, gallons, and venting. Plumber Shawn came out next morning to replace and was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Found them on BBB where they have A+ rating that in my experience is warranted. Thanks.

I've used them off and on over the past decade. Always professional and timely. The only caveat for me would be on warranty coverage. I believe it is only 30 days, which hurts if the work is ineffective. I paid for the same repair 2x in about 18 mos because the part was installed incorrectly the 1st time, the 2nd was the charm. Two young men came late in the evening, took about 20 mins to PROPERLY install the part and seemed to truly enjoy what they do. As a business owner, I realize we cannot always have the best employees, customer service matters so although I was unhappy about paying twice I believe, they are definitely, worthy of your business.

IF YOU WANT YOUR PLUMBING ISSUES TO BE RESOLVED, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I had called and make an appointment with a lady over the phone who was actually really nice to make an appointment to take care of some plumbing issues at one of my rental properties last week. They told me they were going to arrive anywhere from 3:30pm-4:30pm. My tenant ran home from work to stay home to let them in to look at the plumbing issue but they never showed up!! I called them back to reschedule for the follow day because my tenant had to go back to work. The gentleman I spoke with scheduled me for an appointment for the next day at 8:00am-10:00am. Can you guess what happened the next day? SAME THING!! Noone showed up. I called them several times that day and left a voice mail and noone bothered to call me back to this day!!! This company doesnt seem to value their customers very much. No communication. NO SHOWS. Not anything. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. TAKE YOUR NEEDS ELSEWHERE. ANYWHERE BESIDES HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR PLUMBING ISSUES TO BE RESOLVED!!!!
