I was unable to turn my bathtub's water off. I called Mr. Nelson on Christmas day. He asked questions about my problem, and based on my answers, knew what the problem was. He quoted a price and arrived less than 45 minutes later. When he arrived, he told me what the job entailed. I agreed, and he went to work. It took him about 30 minutes (that's with me asking him questions). He not only fixed our problem but offered advice on how to avoid other issues based on our faucet type. Hopefully, I don't have any more plumbing issues, but if I do, I know who to call! Did I mention he came out on Christmas? I recommend him HIGHLY!!!

Jim Nelson and I spoke about him coming out the next day. On the day of and after waiting 2 hours, I called him and he was completely unprofessional cursing me out. Said too many people get rob now days. I explained that he has been to my home before; that didn’t matter. He continued to call me out of my name, N* B@%!. I hung up the phone. It is a shame because he has done great work in the past. My tub was backed up. He also told me to call someone else. Never been so insulted by a business owner in all my life.

My mom recommended this company, paid for my sewer to be flushed only to have him come out monthly (from February til September)and still try charging me the original price for my problem for every visit. He guarantees his services for 30 days and if you pass that time you keep getting the same reoccurring fee. Well, he had just come out for the same problem 3 weeks earlier and I had to make him right me up a receipt so when I had the same problem he came out the next day and tried to still charge me and said he had to pay the person he brought along for the job...he was rude and cursing ( the guy is ATLEAST in his 70's). If I could give a minus 5 stars I WOULD. Don't mess with this rude old guy, horrible.

Unprofessional. He was called to do a job. Never started/ finished the job. Went to his truck to get the equipment, Got in his truck and left.

Very disappointed The man who came to my home Stepped out of his van with tools In his hands I thought ok hes ready to go But that didnt happen He started talking about someting thing on my house he seemed confused He then started talking to a man passing on the sidewalk about whatever for a good 15 minutes Then got back in his truck The man he was talking too Asked him aren't you going ask her exactly what she needs done He proceeded to drive away I called your number a couple hrs later I was still confused what had happen When i spoke to him he did not seem to be bothered by his handling of the situation His name was Jim 80yrs I told him I'd make sure NOT to reccomend your company

I was told I that I was a snooty N word used foul language didn't do the job that I asked to be done after wating until after 4 o'clock for him to arrive went in my basement with no tools came back out said what he said and left wasn't at my home 5minutes. Never said anything for him to say what he said, the man is rude and disrespectful. Do call him

Didn't want to leave the 1 star... At the risk of sounding repetitive, I heard he was a great plumber, very good at his job... That must of been some time ago... I don't know if he was robbed before or what, but he thinks that your a junkie whose out to rob him... At least that's what I gathered when I called him... HE WAS VERY MEAN AND SURLY.... Reminded me of Uncle Ruckus off BOONDOCKS... Kept telling me he was coming and never showed uo... Maybe he should stick to helping family and friends if he's working to keep busy because the lack of professionalism and phone etiquette had me bitting my tongue because I was raised to respect my elders .. Hope this helps...

I've used Mr Nelson for 20 years now and I've never had a problem with pricing or him doing a bad job.
