Photos speak loudest, you can decide if the work in the image is worth $795+tax. Their reply here is disingenuous (at best) as they say "emails", there was only the boilerplate copypasta reply email and "violations", as it was one only one as part of bidding future work. As shown in the photo, I feel Knight is extremely overpriced. Go with a company that will give free estimates. I got suckered by the $99 fee to find out what the bill will be, paid over $800 for an hour of labor and $150 in parts. Would have been less expensive to pay the $99 to learn the extremely high prices and go with another company. Several quoted me $500 or less after the fact. Shop around and save some major money! This happens so often, when I reached out to confirm that this was appropriate pricing for such a small project, I received a lengthy copy pasta explaining why they're so expensive...

I called late on a Friday and they were able to have someone come out first thing Monday morning. Andy was informative and talked me through what he believed to be the issue. His quick work solved the small leak we were experiencing. Fairly priced and great customer service!

I never thought I’d say this about plumbing, but I just love my new copper! Isaiah did an absolutely beautiful and meticulous job with replacing my old galvanized pipes and cleaned up as he went. No messes at all. He worked hard til he was done in 1 day. Very impressed and very happy. The cost of the whole project was affordable too. I would highly recommend Knight Plumbing and will call on them for future plumbing needs.

Isiah from Knight Plumbing was 10/10. He fixed our leaky toilet and even followed up with us to make sure it was working properly. This will be my new go-to for any plumbing related needs. Price was reasonable and well worth the level of service we received. Highly recommend.

Quick responses. Quality work. Great troubleshooting. Nick was an intelligent and stubbornly awesome tech. When he could have reasonably thrown in the towel, he reset and worked thru the clues provided. Nick kept me in the know and talked out what was going on and the options ahead.

The guys that came to the house were really great. They were friendly and courteous and willing to answer questions I might have had. The work was done as quick as they could do it due to weather conditions because they were relining the sewer line which was professionally done. They're clean up after the job was finished was so much better than any other company I've ever had come in to do any work. I'm very pleased and impressed. I'm glad that I reached out to Knight Plumbing help me out.

The Plumbing Technicians at Knight Plumbing performed a kitchen faucet/sink repair and install job at a duplex I own. Their work was excellent and they were knowledgeable and very professional. They went above and beyond with the scope of the repair and were willing to review and provide advice for other plumbing issues in the duplex that were out of scope.
