Photos speak loudest, you can decide if the work in the image is worth $795+tax. Their reply here is disingenuous (at best) as they say "emails", there was only the boilerplate copypasta reply email and "violations", as it was one only one as part of bidding future work. As shown in the photo, I feel Knight is extremely overpriced. Go with a company that will give free estimates. I got suckered by the $99 fee to find out what the bill will be, paid over $800 for an hour of labor and $150 in parts. Would have been less expensive to pay the $99 to learn the extremely high prices and go with another company. Several quoted me $500 or less after the fact. Shop around and save some major money! This happens so often, when I reached out to confirm that this was appropriate pricing for such a small project, I received a lengthy copy pasta explaining why they're so expensive...

I called late on a Friday and they were able to have someone come out first thing Monday morning. Andy was informative and talked me through what he believed to be the issue. His quick work solved the small leak we were experiencing. Fairly priced and great customer service!
