No itemization on the bill??? Just make up an amount but don't tell your customer what it's for?? Joe seemed confused by this concept. He also never told me when he was going to arrive. He just shows up! Had to hire another company 2 months later to repair something he supposedly had done. Beware of the pop and sons business. He also harassed me for his check payment when his invoice says 30 days to pay. He told me the 30 days was for his "regular" customers. I would recommend borth Wilson, never had issues like these dealing with them.

A big ripoff Gary just me a bill with a check is this amount with a charge card it’s 4% more in needed call some else and on top of that he lives just down the road from me a fancy house and a lot of toys, for a sewage pump which took 45 minutes to install was charged $932.00 which the cost to buy one is about $400.00 or so…

Excellent service!! Our bathtub drain was clogged, and nothing we tried would unplug it. After reading the reviews here, I decided to call Reupert Plumbing. As luck would have it, Joe was in my neighborhood. He was at my door in ten minutes. He unclogged the drain, and was very reasonably priced. Joe, the second generation owner arrived with his son, and both were very friendly! I'm so happy I found a family- owned business, whose prices are fair. I will use them again in a heartbeat!

When WE came to my home to assess a gas leak, I called Reupert right away to fix my interior pipes. They were quick and on time. They were done sooner than the estimated time. When I had another problem possibly related, they responded promptly again. I will call them again next year when my water heater needs to be replaced.

My family has used Reupert Plumbing for years! My dad used to come in and talk with the owner and his son about projects he was working on and they were more than willing to offer advice. Of course whenever my dad had a project that was beyond his novice abilities, they always came out to get the job done! Since then the owner has passed and the son has taken over keeping the same quality of work as his father before him. Highly recommend!

Joe and his son Mike were here to my house within 24 hours to check the main drain. It did overflow about a gallon of black water. While they were fixing it I requested my laundry tub faucet to be replaced. They came the next day to do that. I found out by accident that my sump pump was not working. I bought a new sump pump and Gary, the last son, put it in for me after the weekend. Any messages I left on the phone were answered within 24 hours, and appointment times were made. I recommend this family of plumbers. They are reliable and answered all my questions. I will call on them as needed.

Reupert Plumbing responded quickly and fixed our Dishwasher Leak quickly as well. Very professional and courteous. Gave us a call ahead of appointment to inform us he was on his way to our house.
