It was a pure pleasure working with Roy’s Plumbing. The experience was excellent from speaking with the pleasant office personnel to the clean cut and experienced plumbing technicians replacing piping in my basement and unclogging my sewer drain in a timely fashion. Always my favorite plumbing company to call. I have tried other plumbing contractors but I always end up having Roy's Plumbing do the work because they explain each situation in a way that I can understand what the problem is and they also have the best price.

Called to have new shut off valve. They quoted me $650 to $700. Said the part was $200 so I guess labor was $200 per hr then tax. The part was actually $168 they said after the fact. Was mad for me asking the breakdown and wouldn’t ask plumber how long the repair would be. I said fine but I would be watching the time cause that’s very unreasonable. Plus I am paying the $65 service fee, does not come out the price. So since I would count the hour while they worked the guy decided they weren’t gonna do the service. The plumber said it was super easy to do and they just tacked on 2 hours so yes I was upset seems like they were trying to scam me. Plumber was nice.

I have had to call 3 plumbers out for the same issue with my tub’s pipes downstairs. Each time we chose pretty much whoever could come the same day. This time we called Roy’s Plumbing and they came out the same day and were the most helpful out of everyone we had come out. They were professional, informative, kind, and most importantly good at what they were doing. I would definitely use them from here on out even if they couldn’t come out the same day because they will get the job done. The person who serviced our home was ROCK! Him and another young man came out to our home and knew exactly what was wrong and exactly what to do. Thank you Rock for everything and Roy’s Plumbing altogether for their services. Even the call in the morning for setting up the appointment was smooth, professional, and had me at ease until our servicing time. Definitely go with Roy’s.
