I recently used Subterranean for a sewer line issue, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and they arrived on time, fully prepared to diagnose and fix the problem. Initially, I was unsure about having them jet out the line, but I’m so glad they went ahead with it. Because of that, they were able to clear out two blockages, and we discovered that I didn’t have a broken pipe, as was originally suspected. Their expertise and thorough approach saved me from unnecessary repairs and expenses. The team explained everything clearly, outlining my options without any pressure or upselling. They used high-quality equipment to get the job done, and they made sure everything was running smoothly before they left. Their pricing was fair, and I appreciated their transparency throughout the process. I appreciate Rob and the work he put in to repair my sewer lateral and have it lined. If you have significant work to get done and don't want to get hosed by some of the bigger name in our market then I would choose Subterranean as they take every step to ensure I won't have to call them again!

Was hoping to provide a good review of their services. I called them 15 minutes after our scheduled time only to find out that they completely forgot about my job. Rob promised to make it up to us and rescheduled for a few days later. Well when that time comes and goes I called to check in. Turns out they forgot about us again. I understand being short staffed is a challenge but to do this twice is unacceptable.

Rob and his guys came in and repaired our plumbing/sewer issue. He was here when he said he would be. We asked to postpone start and he accommodated us no problem. They did a great job for a good price! We would recommend them ito others.

Rob was amazing! He literally saved us about $12,000. After he discovered that we had a broken sewer line, he listened to us and talked to the construction crew that we told him we believed had something to do with our bad sewer line. Within 10 minutes the company was digging to fix what they broke. Rob saved us and went out his way to do so. Not many plumbers would have passed up that type of price tag to help us. Thank you again guys!!
