Excellent service... Quick and efficient. I had water heater and furnace issues and I was grateful that 1 company could address both issues. They replaced both (absolutely needed) and were very up front with pricing and there were no surprises. Couldn't have gone any better!!!! I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with West Allis heating and cooling since 2009 They have changed ownership since but they still provide good service and send out very experienced and knowledgeable people like Nick Carmona who was very knowledgeable and presented himself in a respectful and professional manner. He was there for a furnace inspection and found an issue with my furnace I had previously purchased from WAHC 10years ago He explained and showed me the issue and made sure I understood why he felt a part should be Replaced sooner than Later A difference of $100 vs $1000. I ended up purchasing an AC unit from them since mine was over 25 years old and I eventually would need to be replaced I felt comfortable staying with a local company that will continue to provide professional, personal and positive experiences for me Thank you for your professionalism

Woke up to a cold house in January. Called West Allis Heating & Cooling at 8am. They immediately scheduled a technician to come out the same day. He arrived after noon, diagnosed the problem, fixed it quickly and advised of future possible issues to keep an eye on. Jared was friendly, respectful, professional and honest. I am extremely impressed and happy with all levels of service and highly recommend them! It's hard to find good customer service anymore, and this was exceptional! UPDATE: Follow-up service with Rocco was equally exceptional! On time, professional, respectful of our property on a messy day by wearing shoe coverings. Quick and efficient with no surprises. Again, we couldn't be happier with the amazing service and highly recommend West Allis Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical!

Very happy with the plumbing service given today. The tech was very pleasant, professional and informative. The job was done quite quickly which was a plus. It was very nice to deal with a company that responded quickly and the price quote was very reasonable…. In other words no price gouging or trying to take advantage of the average guy. Will definitely use this company again if we need to and will also recommend to anyone need services. Thanks again.

Outstanding customer service and responsiveness from the team. We had a toddler home with foot-and-mouth when electricity went out and cold temps. They really cared about the tough situation and had a quick and knowledgeable electrician come out to rapidly fix the problem. I’ll be a lifelong customer given their team and ease of business.

Aaron Borrmann was AWESOME! Aaron and his team got to my home first thing in the morning and just got shit going! All hands on deck and got the old boiler out, the new one in and working in no time! I was so impressed with Aaron’s performance and knowledge! I had so many questions and he had no problems answering them which was super cool! Like he enjoyed sharing all the knowledge he's learned throughout his life and he still was getting his job done at the same time like it was nothing! Aaron and his team were just flowing! They were all super fun and talented guys! It was cool getting to know them all! They all did a fantastic job! I definitely recommend West Allis Heating and Cooling to anyone! Thank you again guys!
