Rodney from Dave Jones did a great job installing our EV charger. He was nice and easy to work with and the price was reasonable. The scheduling team was communicative and we were able to schedule the estimate and the work in a fairly timely manner.

Worked with Bob to get a replacement water heater. The work was fast, clean, and the turn around time was great. This is the second time I called Dave Jones, the first was for a gas line issue. I will keep going back to them as they provide excellent service at a great price!

TL;DR. Greatly appreciate Jodie and Dave Jones! Fixed my broken water heater quickly and the price was reasonable. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process, which was important to me as a newer home owner. Details. My water heater started leaking on a Sunday. It was old (>20 years), so it was time. I called Dave Jones on Monday and was scheduled for Tuesday. My plumber, Jodie, was wonderful. He quickly diagnosed the problem and my new water heater was installed that same day. In addition to being effective and efficient, Jodie was incredibly welcoming. It was helpful for my learning to be able to linger throughout the replacement process. Jodie, your expertise, patience and kindness were greatly appreciated! Good luck to your daughter and her gold fish. Had our gas line and soft water heater installed by Dave’s. Very punctual and friendly! Came into our home professionally and made sure I understood what he was doing and upon completion made sure I knew was happy with the service provided before leaving. Highly recommend this company!!!

The Dave Jones team has been very responsive to our warranty requests and have repeatedly shown a genuine concern for our satisfaction as customers. I've been particularly happy with the support from their Director of Quality Assurance, Alan. Our experience today with our service tech, Mercedez, was very consistent with our previous experiences. She was very conscientious with her work and took time to talk with us and make certain that we were happy. She also showed great care and attention to detail in the quality of her work. While you hope to never need service or warranty support, the Dave Jones team has definitely consistently exceeded our expectations and have our strong recommendations and support.

These folks were great. Didn't try to upsell, the installs (sink, water softener, water heater) all look great, and they were kind and informative when I pestered them with questions. Excellent service and electrician. I needed some 4-way switches and one 2 way switch to be fixed and they were able to complete the work quickly and everything looks great. Would easily use Dave Jones Plumbing again!
