Had a maintenance appointment set up in march for my moms furnace since november because that’s how far out they were scheduling. drove from an hour and a half away to handle this appointment only to call them for a time update and find out they tried call this morning that they need to reschedule due to emergencies and that they can reschedule in May ! absolutely ridiculous!!! Quick Flash always handled things better before Mr.Hollands took over!
