We replaced our well pump and sump pumps. P.J.'s Plumbing did an outstanding job. Technician Scott Matusin is the best and Conner his assistant were professional and did high quality work. Your web site of being open 24/7 and being close to Hartland caught my eye when the sewer pipe was backing up into my basement on the late afternoon of Sat.feb.1,2025. An actual friendly and helpful human, Paul, answered right away and sent another very skillful and helpful human, Scott, out in about an hour. Scott was able to assess and fix the clogged pipe in about an hour. He was friendly, courteous and patiently answered my questions about what the problem was and how to fix it, My experience with everyone involved was a very pleasant reminder of what an easily accessible , caring and thoughtful customer service event looks like in a stressful situation. I can't say how grateful I am to Paul and Scott for "rescuing" this damsel in watery distress!!!

Great service! I called 6 different plumbers and PJ’s were the only ones actually open 24 hours. Fixed a clogged kitchen drain at our rental that Blau couldn’t fix (they only snaked 25’, but PJ’s finished the job). Really pleased to have found them and will definitely use them again!

I had a water pipe break that caused major damage this summer. I called PJ's plumbing to replace the damaged hose bib. They came out and installed it, but incorrectly and back pitched it into the house instead of pitching it to the outside so that it would properly drain. I had this confirmed by two other plumbers and have photos that show the wrong pitch. I contacted PJ within two weeks of the repair to correct the problem but he was very unprofessional and refused to do the repair without charging me even though it was installed by his company the wrong way. I had to contact another plumber to remove and reinstall the hose bib properly and to code. I was very disappointed in their workmanship and failure to correct their mistake. I do not recommend them and will never use again!

I recently had my water heater replaced by Erik at PJ’s Plumbing and couldn’t be more satisfied with the service provided. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. The plumber arrived on time and was extremely knowledgeable, explaining every step of the replacement process. They took care to ensure everything was done correctly and efficiently, and they even took the time to answer all my questions. The installation was completed within the expected timeframe, and the new water heater works perfectly. What impressed me the most was their attention to detail and cleanliness. After the job was done, they cleaned up thoroughly, leaving my home as if they were never there. It’s rare to find such dedication to customer satisfaction. Owner Paul is the best.

I am very pleased to comment on my service from PJs Plumbing today. My wife and I had 3 emergency plumbing leaks. I temporarily solved the problem by turning off the water main. This was not convenient but it temporarily stopped leaks in the kitchen and basement. PJs came this Monday morning and solved the 3 problems before lunch time. They were wonderful!
