Mike Sheldon is such a nice guy and an excellent plumber. He came over right away when I discovered a leak in my bathroom. He was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and came back as soon as he could to fix it. No issues since. He answers the phone when you call so you can talk through your problem right away. Highly recommend.

Called and reached Mike this week, to help w/ a slow leak from my mom's toilet. He was there within the hour, fixed the problem, did excellent, clean work, and advised us as well not only on water softener operation but also freely offered suggestions about future toilet and faucet purchases. Highly recommended and will call him again next time the need arises.

Over the years I have used Sheldon Plumbing for a variety of projects: water heater installation, irrigation system connections and configuration, multiple sink and faucet installs, RO system install, and emergency work. Mike, his crews, and office staff have earned my trust over multiple engagements. I cannot speak more highly of their work product, honesty, and professionalism. It is one of life’s simple pleasures to find a company that consistently performs excellent work at a fair price.

I don't normally post reviews but I was impressed with Sheldon Plumbing in Verona when they came out to hook up a new sink after we got new countertops installed. The people on the phone were really nice, responsive, and helpful and made sure there wouldn't be any surprises when the plumber came out. I was able to send in pictures and ask questions ahead of time. Then when the plumbers came out, they were on time, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They finished the work well and in a timely way. They even replaced my old crummy looking air gap cover with one that matched our new faucet, which I didn't ask for originally but would've had to do myself anyway. And they were able to replace a part on my garbage disposal so that I didn't need to buy a totally new one. I don't have much to compare the cost to, but I feel like I got great service for what I paid.

I noticed my water tank had a slow leak coming out of the bottom (no surprise that after 14 years it was probably time) over the weekend and called Sheldon Plumbing first thing Monday morning. They were able to provide me with a estimate of how much the new heater and all costs were going to be right over the phone. They were able to schedule me for the very next morning. The technician was timely in his arrival, very professional and kept a tidy workspace. He took his time to ask questions and explain the work that he would have to do. I couldn't be any happier with the service on all fronts!

Sheldon Plumbing is THE ONLY plumbing company I will call again. They are fair, honest, and do tremendous work. Very responsive and seem to always do what's right for the customer. Shoutout to Ben for his excellent job on multiple issues in my house! I also really appreciate that they are taking safety measures during this trying time with the virus. All in all, I will wholeheartedly recommend Sheldon Plumbing to everyone and anyone I know. I had worked with another company in the past and did not have a good experience, so I was nervous about the whole job. Ben far exceeded my expectations and has completely calmed my mind about any future plumbing work I'd ever need. I'd trust these guys to re-plumb my entire house if needed!

They were quick to return my call. My issue wasn't time sensitive and they were very willing to work with me on scheduling so that it was convenient on my end. The work was performed quickly and very cleanly. The tech was curtious, competent, and professional. It was cheaper than I expected. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Sheldon Plumbing has always been timely with great service at reasonable cost. We have used them for 2 faucet installations, a water softener installation, and a sump pump installation.
