After calling around to some of the larger companies in the area who were not available for a couple of days, I found Russ' on Google when searching for a local plumber. He answered right away and said he could be at our house within an hour for a broken garbage disposal since he was in the area. He had the parts to replace, was professional and efficient, and was fairly priced (also accepted Zelle which was very convenient!). Thank you - we will be calling next time we need help!

Russ plumbing installed a water line for our fridge and updated some plumbing for our dishwasher replacement. Reasonable pricing and quick. Great service!

Russ stopped by quickly after contacting him for what we thought was a leaky pipe in the upstairs bathroom of our new home. He took the time to examine the issue and explain the noises we were hearing weren’t leaks but normal expansion of cold pipes related to the layout of the plumbing and what to do (or not do, more specifically) about it. He also didn’t charge us a dime for his time. Calling Russ is well worth it for your plumbing needs. Will contact him again next time there is a real issue!

Great service! I called Russ for a refrigerator supply line and valve install and he was able to make it over to the house within 10 minutes. Russ was very nice and professional to my wife and kids who were home. And instead of simply replacing the faulty line and valve with the same one that was causing us issues he understood the situation and upgraded parts so that we wouldn't have another issue again.

From the first contact with that company to the scheduling and arrival of the plumber - they kept you very informed of what was going on. Russ, who was very nice, gave me options as to how to proceed once he assessed my problem. They were very knowledgeable and offered a warranty to guarantee their service. Russ explained how they would be proceeding and again kept me up to date on what was happening and what was going to happen. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Russ is your plumber! He arrived within a half-hour of calling, went right to the issue, talked about the problem, and fixed it promptly. A very good experience. Don't hesitate, use this company.

Excellent service, calls back promptly (even on weekends and nights) and does excellent work. Prices are reasonable and they are the nicest guys to work with. Don't hesitate to choose Russ's when you need a good plumber.

This is not the original Russ that started the business. The person who came to our house had on a mask but after doing the 5 minute repair took it off & threw it onto our kitchen counter. He then proceeded to stand there & talk to us with no mask on. We are clearly seniors & he showed no respect for us or concern for our safety. Also the charge for the work done was not reasonable. I would not use this service again.
