Milestone is great! I was out of town when they came through to repipe my duplex and Jason made sure to give me a call in the morning just to triple check everything they planned to do. He gave great advice on how to achieve my end goal and the final invoice ended up being about $2k less than the original quote. My friends who rent half of the duplex said Jason and his team were very kind and courteous when they came through to do their work.

I've had them come out for several jobs now and they've knocked it out of the park every single time. Their front-of-house staff is friendly and quick to help you get what you need. Would give them 6 out of 5 stars if I could.

James did a fabulous job installing an RO filter for me. The entire process of working with Milestone was amazing! The communication, appointment set up, and the actual work that was done was very professional and left me feeling extremely satisfied as a customer. I greatly appreciate the wonderful work of this team and will use them for all of my plumbing needs going forward.

The plumber came to fix a couple of leaky pipe joints identified during a We Energies inspection as part of replacing the gas meter. The work was done in the time promised. It looked good a was tested to not have leak; cleanup was perfect.
